Providing our guests with an unforgettable holiday is what we do each day at Beach Resorts Makkum and Beach Hotel Vigilante, and this starts with you, being our representative at the reception! As first point of contact of our park and hotel, you give everyone a warm welcome. As soon as you walk onto our park or into the hotel, a wide smile appears on your face. A smile that will not disappear for the rest of the day, and with which you'll welcome our guests and wave goodbye to them again. Meanwhile, you ensure they receive the information and facilities they need for an unforgettable stay. You'll provide them with tips for the best activities and trips, and answer all possible questions and solve every situation.

So we are looking for a true host who is also a key figure in communicating between various departments, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. This makes it an extremely varied and certainly hectic job where you are responsible for, among other things, checking in and out guests, providing information, taking bookings, the administrative processing, and all other reception work. Because of the large variety in tasks, we are looking for a colleague who preferable already has some experience in the reception at a hotel or bungalow park, and who also speaks Dutch, English, and German well.

Who are we?

Beach Resorts Makkum is not just any bungalow park. The great location, right at the beach and the IJsselmeer in Makkum, and more than 200 accommodations that are rented out, almost all of which are right at the water, truly make this park unique. The main building features, among other things, the reception, gift shop, bike and boat rental. Beach Hotel Vigilante, a beautiful hotel with 87 rooms, right at the beach. A relaxed, homely atmosphere, cozy restaurant, children's corner, and 4 meeting rooms.

Who are we?

Beach Resort Makkum is not just another bungalow park. The amazing location right on the beach and IJsselmeer in Makkum and more than 150 rental accommodations, almost all of which are on the waterfront, make this park truly unique. Among other things, the main building houses the reception desk, gift shop, and bike and boat rental services.
