Working at a bungalow park is great. If only because you are in a unique environment every working day, collaborating on a wonderful product. But also because you work with people who are enjoying their vacations and really no day is the same. Many positions at our bungalow park involve permanent employment, but during the season we also always need many seasonal and vacation workers for cleaning and catering.

Beach Resorts Makkum is a relatively small organization with about 70 employees. It is a "flat" organization with direct lines of communication. Everyone in the organization is fully committed to the guest's vacation experience. Initiative and creativity are traits we like to see in our employees.
