Then come and enjoy a magical holiday at Beach Resorts Makkum during New Year's Day at the IJsselmeer. Enjoy some 'oliebollen' together, enjoy a wonderful dinner in the evening and count down to the 12 o'clock moment at night. Unfortunately, lighting fireworks is prohibited at the entire park as well as the accompanying beaches. The reason is that we want to consider all guests present at the bungalow park (both humans and animals) and because many villas at our park have a thatched roof. This increases the risk of fire by fireworks. If you want to set off your own fireworks on New Year's Eve, we ask you to do this outside the resort.
